German Newspaper FINANZ und WIRTSCHAFT featured the C1RCA Select 99 Vulc in their recent article “Fruhlingserwachen im US-Detailhandel” (Spring has sprung in US retail).

The article, put out on April 10th, talks about how the retail market in the US is starting to pick up again and consumers are resuming their shopping habits this spring.
